Pre-Nursing students at the Carroll County Area Technology Center designed medical terminology booklets, writing descriptions of health-related terms and creating photo accompaniments to support their learning.π©Ίπ€
Carrollton Mayor Robb Adams won first place and opted to take the $1,000 cash option and donate the remainder to the Skills USA Club.
βThank you to all who participated and supported these fine students. It means a lot to them and me,β said welding instructor Justin Tingle.
The second place award of $300 went to Niki Lee McIntyre while the third and fourth place winners were Landon Supplee and Chad Scott, each of whom received a new Miller welding hood.
Welding students Treavin Shovelin and Gage Miller each won $100 for selling the most tickets.
